DJFL Day is Friday-October 26

Friday, October 26 is the DJFL Day this year. All cheerleaders, flag players and tackle players in uniform will get in free for the 7 pm high school football home game versus Trumbull at the DHS Stadium turf field. Cheerleaders should wear their uniforms, flag players their game shirts and tackle players their game jerseys. In order to get in to the game free, your player must be in uniform.

Five Minutes before halftime, the cheerleaders, flag players and tackle players will convene down under or near the Scoreboard. We will line up the cheerleading squads, followed by flag teams and then tackle teams and then each team will be announced and the team will run across the turf field from the left end zone to the right end zone. The plan is to have your son/daughter meet your team coach under the scoreboard.

This is a great event to celebrate the Darien youth cheerleading, flag and tackle programs.

Furthermore, the DJFL board encourages your son/daughter to attend DJFL day and cheer on our number one ranked  class LL high school  football team in the state take on Trumbull HS.  Go Blue!
